The next time you see your doctor, ask if he or she is aware of special loan programs designed for them as a thank you for taking care of us. Whether he or she says yes or no, please share the information so your doctor can tell his or her colleagues.
And, whether they are thinking about buying a home, want to talk about the home buying process or have a general real estate question, please pass my contact information to them and I would be happy to speak with them, answer their questions. And, if he or she is thinking about buying and doesn't know any lenders, when we meet I will refer him or her to lenders who do doctor loans.
